ใ€ Measurement of response value for FC-3283 of galden detection sensorใ€‘

1.Test Method

1) Sensor production and test : Print the sensing line using slot die machine and measure resistance value with 1meter long sensor

2) Test Equipment : Thickness Measuring Tool, LCR meter

3) Measurements : Sensor thickness, width, initial resistance value(R.V), R.V Change after galden dropping

2. DataGood surface condition, Resistance value increased by 14 times compared to initial R.V after 3 minutes of solution drop

1. The resistance value increases to 3 times(reliable leak detection point) the initial resistance value at 17 seconds after the galden leak, so galden can be detected within 20seconds by using our sensor.

2. The sensitivity (adjust the sensing speed) can be adjusted by the change of calibration value from the controller.

ใ€ Recyclable sensors for detecting leaks of chemicals and organic solutions (5th-generation) ใ€‘

Recyclable sensors for detecting oil and organic solutions detect oil leaks through materializing print circuits using recyclable high molecular compounds.
High molecular substances can be repeatedly used after being cleaned.

How to clean recyclable oil leak sensors

  • Clean using water
Remove liquid within stomas and get rid of liquid and water remaining in the surface easily
  • Clean using industrial adsorbents for removing oil :
Easily wash out using adsorbents exclusively for liquid on sensor circuits
  • Finally, volatile liquid like gasoline and diesel oil return to normal states immediately. Liquid with high viscosity and no volatility can be cleaned using adsorbents after being briefly washed using water.
