   Electrical room, MDF room, UPS room, disaster prevention room

The electrical room is a space where electrical equipment such as high-voltage equipment, low-voltage equipment, transformer distribution equipment, and generators are located. 
The machine room is a place where mechanical devices and related equipment are installed. 
It supplies water, gas, and other utilities and has a network of pipes connected to water tanks and pumps. 
For equipment maintenance, an attached warehouse is installed in each building. 
The MDF room is where the external cables and internal cables are connected and contains communication equipment (optical terminals, network equipment, etc.) from different telecommunication companies. 
The ceiling height of the electrical room and UPS room is designed to be higher than that of the mechanical room to prevent water damage in the case the mechanical room is flooded.

The structure must be designed to prevent water leakage, flooding, high humidity and condensation buildup. 
Aging heating and cooling pipes, sewage pipes, drainpipes, and ventilation pipes are potential water leak points. 
If water leakage occurs and wires and electronic devices are submerged, human casualties and loss of property may occur. 
Cracks in a building caused by water leaks can lead to the collapse of a building. 
A building’s general operation must continue to work even during a power outage.
